Welcome Go Green Commercial Cleaning to the Snyder Family

On December 1, 2011, Go Green Commercial Cleaning, owned and managed by the Snyder Companies, opened its doors and began service to the Snyder Corporate Office.
The Go Green office is located on the first floor, north hallway by the Insurance Department in the Snyder Corporate Building
(1 Brickyard Dr., Bloomington, IL 61701).
Go Green Commercial Cleaning is a fresh emerging concept in affordable, eco friendly cleaning. We view ourselves as partners with our customers and partners with our environment. We are devoted to providing quality commercial cleaning services that keep toxins out of the air, water and soil to meet a growing environmental need. We have deviated from the pack in our decision to offer a service appropriate for our environment and for our future.
We aim to become a recognized name in the commercial cleaning industry capitalizing on sustained interest in Bloomington-Normal. We are going to offer a service that is price competitive with other companies that are using a more traditional method. Our products will be nontoxic, biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Our service and quality will be beyond our customers’ expectations as we finish each job meticulously and leave our green apple as a symbol of our clean and eco-friendly methods. “Let’s Go Green!”

Tyler Cagle, Employee of the Month for January
January 2012, Bloomington, IL
Congratulations to Tyler Cagle , Banquet Server and Bartender at The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, for winning Employee of the Month for January! Tyler was nominated by Gary Wilson and other staff members of the DoubleTree for his remodeling work around the hotel. So far, he’s re-modeled the lounge, Suite 504, all the Conference Center Bars, and a few other things throughout the hotel! He has done this on his own time and is not getting paid extra to do it. Tyler’s renovations look great and we appreciate his willingness to help make the DoubleTree better!
In his spare time, Tyler likes to hunt deer and play video games on his Xbox He studied Construction Management in college and likes to build things for himself and his family His favorite food is BBQ and he has a cat named Keena! He likes working at The Snyder Companies and the DoubleTree because of the freedom he gets to take a task and make it his own. Congrats again Tyler and thanks for all your hard work!
Larry Peak, Employee of the Month for January
January 2012, Bloomington, IL
Congratulations to Larry Peak, Leasing Consultant at Brookridge Heights Apartments, for winning Employee of the Month for January! Larry was nominated by Bobbi Bradford for helping to shovel snow this winter and helping on an emergency maintenance call after hours when our Maintenance Director was on medical leave. Neither of these tasks are in his job description, but he happily helped anyway! He even got up one day at 6 A.M. to shovel snow anticipating that the temporary help would not show up. He was not asked to do this and as it turns out, the temporary help didn’t show up. Larry, its employees like you that make our company a success and we appreciate your hard work!
Outside of work, Larry loves to bicycle an d spend time with his family, which includes 4 daughters, 3 grandkids and his wife Marilyn Peak who works in Accounting at Snyder! His favorite food is Thai and he says the best part about working at The Snyder Companies and Brookridge Heights is working with his co-workers because they are like family to him. He also enjoys helping the residents. Congrats again Larry and thanks for all your hard work!

A big CONGRATS goes out to Ed Neaves, Julie Roth, Char Huff and Leann Seal! Both Ed and Julie received REALTOR of the Year awards for 2011. Char received the Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award. Leann was nominated for the Chamber’s 2011 ATHENA Leadership Award for mentoring women throughout her career. All awards/nominations are well deserved and we are proud of each of you!
